"I am writing this letter as a formal thank-you related to the response from Power Vac BELFOR to an emergency situation occuring at Caritas Residence on the evening of January 18th, 2009.

On that evening we had a sprinkler pipe break on the 5th floor of the residence. This event occured in the middle of a significant snowstorm. This was very upsetting to the employees and the Sisters of Charity who reside at Caritas.

The quick response and clean-up work completed by Steven, Lou and the Power Vac BELFOR staff assisted us to be able to return order and normal operations to the facility in a timely manner.

On behalf of Shannex, the Sisters of Charity and myself, we sincerely appreciate your efforts and the level of service provided to us in this crisis."
